The present ruling is that the old rate of 3/- to the dollar applies in the conversion of any dollar pensions payable from the W. & O. Pensions Fund when the
contributor has paid contributions since his
retirement on a dollar pension convertible
at a privileged rate of exchange. This
reling applies, I think, in the prourt case.
